These terms apply when you buy from Heritage Masala through this website. By placing an order you accept them.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and shown inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay.
Our spices are natural agricultural products, ground in small batches. Colour, aroma and coarseness vary slightly between harvests and batches. This is normal and is not a defect.
Please read the label for ingredients and allergen information before use. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit to eat. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather and public disruptions.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
