What we collect

We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your delivery address
• what you ordered, and the amount paid
• your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter
• anything you choose to tell us through our contact or wholesale forms

We never see your card details

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking details are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never sent to us or stored on our servers. We receive only a payment reference confirming whether the payment succeeded.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to remember what is in your cart between visits. It contains a random identifier and nothing about you personally.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• process, pack and deliver your order
• send you order confirmations and delivery updates
• answer your questions when you contact us
• send occasional emails about new products, if you have subscribed

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with:

• our courier partner, to deliver your parcel — name, address and phone number only
• Razorpay, to take payment
• our email provider, to send order confirmations

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept until the query is resolved.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email.
